Welcome to Pokedork.in – a personal project by a fellow Pokémon card collector, created to share the hobby and make cards accessible across India. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.​

 

1. General Use

  • By accessing or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • If you are under 18, your parent or guardian may be held liable for any activity or transaction conducted through this website.

  • You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

 

 

2. Product Availability & Accuracy

  • We strive to display accurate product information, but availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

  • All images and descriptions are for representation purposes. Final product packaging or card versions may vary slightly.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed with or without creating an account.

  • We accept the following payment methods: UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking.

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • All transactions are securely processed via trusted gateways like Razorpay.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India using trusted courier services.

  • Shipping timelines are mentioned at checkout. Delays due to logistics, customs, or unforeseen reasons are not under our control.

  • You will be notified via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

5. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of collectible products:

  • All sales are final.

  • Cancellations can be made any time before your order is shipped. Just reach out to us.

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product is delivered, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.

  • If your claim is approved, a refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Pokedork.in — including images, text, and logos — is owned by the creator of this site. Please don’t copy or reuse any content without permission.​

7. Limitation of Liability

This website is a personal side project. While we do our best, we can't be held responsible for losses due to website errors, downtime, or shipping issues once the parcel leaves us.

8. Order Refusal & Account Access

We reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders or restrict access to users who violate these terms or act fraudulently.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to cancel orders or terminate user accounts if there is any violation of these terms or any fraudulent behavior detected.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction under courts of Bardez, Goa.
