Shipping and delivery

At Pokedork, we aim to ensure your order is delivered in a safe and timely manner across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within India. No international shipping is supported at this time.

2. Delivery Partners
We ship all orders through reliable courier partners integrated via Shiprocket and Shipway. These include trusted logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and others, based on your location and service availability.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are packed over the weekend and dispatched on Mondays.
Orders placed after Friday 11:59 PM IST will be processed the following weekend.
4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is up to 7-10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, the courier partner's reach or environmental factors.

Remote or out-of-serviceable areas may take longer.

Pokedork is not responsible for any delay in orders since its handled by third party services.

Incase of any delays please contact the delivery service provider. Tracking details are sent to your email.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the products in your order.

We try our best to keep shipping costs minimal while ensuring safe and fast delivery.

We charge a standard shipping fee of ₹75 on all orders. However, this rate may vary for certain locations such as Jammu & Kashmir, the North Eastern states, or other regions where our courier partners impose additional surcharges. In such cases, we will contact you prior to dispatch to inform you of any applicable changes or additional charges.

6. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent via email.
Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to reflect after dispatch.

7. Pre-Orders and Partial Shipments

We do not support pre-orders or backorders at this time.

All products in your order must be in stock for it to be shipped. We do not ship partial orders.

8. Address, Contact Issues and Undeliverable Orders
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number is complete and accurate at checkout.
We do not support changes to the shipping address and contact number after an order is placed.
If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or contact number or repeated failed delivery attempts and is returned to us:

We will initiate a refund minus any applicable shipping fees once the product is returned and inspected.

9. Shipping Schedule

Orders are only dispatched on Mondays.

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

10. Damaged or Missing Items
We take utmost care in packaging your products securely.
If you receive a damaged or incomplete order:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Each case will be examined, and corrective action (replacement or refund) will be taken accordingly.
